DeLaune and Associates Receives Three MarCom Creative Awards

AUSTIN, TX—DeLaune and Associates received three 2007 MarCom Creative Awards that recognize outstanding achievements in marketing and communications. The awards acknowledge DeLaune’s ability to create, develop and promote exceptional materials for clients across a broad range of industries.

An IBM Global Engineering Solutions brochure, “Collaborative Innovation,” received a Platinum award—the highest rating possible—for brochure design. Only 18 percent of entries submitted won this coveted award.

In addition, an IBM Systems Group case study, “Devon Health Remedies the Power Problem with IBM BladeCenter,” won a prestigious Gold award for technical writing.

“First Aid for Your Bank’s Aches and Pains,” an innovative direct mail piece, received an Honorable Mention. The mailer was created for Brintech, a management consulting firm specializing in the financial services industry.

“Our team of talented professionals is committed to providing clients with the very best in products and services 100 percent of the time,” says Renee DeLaune, president and founder of DeLaune and Associates. “The MarCom awards reflect our ability to create, develop and promote unique marketing and communications materials that help businesses meet critical goals.”

The MarCom Creative Awards is an international creative competition that recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communications professionals. More than 5,000 entries were submitted this year. Award winners, ranging from individual communicators to media conglomerates and Fortune 50 companies, are recognized for work that exceeds a high standard of excellence and serves as a benchmark for the industry.
